Raghu Boorada's extensive coaching experience spans several prestigious roles, showcasing his expertise in transforming potential into performance. He served as the Fielding Coach for the Nepal 2022 National Team and led the West Blue Zone Men's U19 Team at the 2021 USA Cricket Men’s U19 National Championship. As the Head Coach at the American School of Cricket Excellence since 2021, Raghu has been instrumental in grooming young cricketers in the Bay Area, California, for national representation. His tenure as Assistant Coach for USA Cricket (2017-2018) involved working closely with National Men’s Coach Pubudu Dassanayake, conducting coaching camps, and regional combines across the USA. Raghu's significant contributions to USACA (2009-2016) included leading the national team in international series and regional tournaments, as well as coaching various regional U-19 and senior teams. Prior to this, he was a state-level coach for the Andhra Cricket Association in India (2002-2008), overseeing the U-23, U-19, and U-15 state teams. He also spent a decade coaching at Andhra University. Throughout his career, Raghu has mentored numerous prominent cricketers in the USA and India, leveraging his advanced coaching accreditations and expertise in all facets of the game.
